How do I place a custom order?
Submit your order by contacting me with your idea, theme, colors, sizes, and any inspiration photos. I’ll guide you through the process and create a design tailored to your vision.
What items do you customize?
I create custom outfits, t-shirts, sneakers, party favors, and more. If you have something specific in mind, feel free to ask!
Will I see the design before it’s made?
Yes. A mockup will be provided for approval before production begins to ensure everything meets your expectations.
How far in advance should I order?
Orders must be placed at least 3 days in advance to allow time for design and production.
Do you offer rush orders?
Yes, rush services are available:
- 2-day turnaround: $15 rush fee
- 24 hours or less: $25 rush fee

To get started, include your theme, colors, sizes, wording, event date, and any inspiration photos.
Can you match a specific theme or character?
Yes, I can match most themes and bring your ideas to life with custom designs.

All changes must be made before final approval. Once approved, production will begin and changes cannot be guaranteed.
What is your refund policy?
All sales are final. Due to the custom nature of all items, no refunds will be issued once an order is placed.
